We recently had a new liner installed in our pool by your company. I am writing this letter to tell you that it was an extremely pleasant and professional transaction. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the installers. They were on time and cleaned up every piece of debris that they made. I was also impressed by the knowledge of one of the installers who pointed out that we had burrowing beetles under the sand in the base of the pool. He could have just installed the liner and not said anything about them. Instead I was told that if I could get someone out that day to treat the area they would come back and put the liner in. Luckily, I was able to get someone to treat the area and they were back within hours to finish the installation.

The previous year I used a different pool service company and it took them three times to get the steps right. The guys were joking around and not really showing much interest in what they were doing.

It is frustrating for me as I am handicapped to have people do things I feel like I should be able to do, but you guys made me feel very comfortable with your service.

In closing, hats off to your and your guys. They are true professionals and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs pool service.
